Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and appearance in commercial office buildings, with an emphasis on carpet care and hard floor maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine commercial office cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces
• Operate carpet cleaning equipment (extractors, steam cleaners) to maintain and restore carpets
• Perform floor care services such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing of various floor types
• Ensure all work areas are cleaned to company and client standards
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
• Follow assigned schedules and complete tasks efficiently during evening hours

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, carpet care, or floor maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of floor stripping and waxing processes is a strong plus
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and tools
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to lift equipment and be on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
