Janitorial Supervisor/Team Lead
Job description
We are looking for an Supervisor/Team Lead who is energetic and detail oriented to work evenings with employee’s covering shifts, training and supervising new employee’s working in commercial office buildings. This position is perfect for someone who is meticulous, organized and enjoys a fast paced work environment. The ability to work independently, as well as with a team is a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Training new employees
- Assisting with covering shifts
- Correcting issues with work quality and/or re-training of employees
- Checking on work quality of employees
- Carpet Cleaning/Floor Refinishing
- Inventory
- Informing management of building and equipment repairs
Qualifications
- Must have reliable source of transportation to and from work
- Must have clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Must be able to fluently speak and read English
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Experience preferred. Willingness to learn new tasks as required by clients
